It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of one of our beloved partners, Jeffrey E. Hurd. Jeff was an integral part of the fabric and success of our partnership and one of the reasons this firm has been going for 20 years. Jeff was an incredible trial lawyer who was respected by all his peers. He was a former president of the Federal Court bar Association for the Northern District of New York and earned many accolades during his career. More than that, Jeff was a great friend and colleague, and he will be sorely missed by everyone at Burke, Scolamiero & Hurd.
