Attorney Steven V. DeBraccio successfully moved for summary judgment, dismissing plaintiff’s personal injury action against our client. Plaintiff alleged she sustained personal injuries when she tripped and fell over a traised bump in the sidewalk along the border of property leased to our client. Mr. DeBraccio successfully moved for summary judgment on the grounds that our client did not own, lease, manage, or otherwise control the subject area where plaintiff alleged her trip and fall occurred pursuant to a lease agreement between our client and codefendants. In granting the motion, the court particularly noted that our client’s motion was “incredibly thorough, detailed, and well-researched.”
